Terms of Service

The "Sexy Jutsu" service (Telegram bot @jutsu_sexybot and the sexy-jutsu.com website).

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the use of the Telegram bot @jutsu_sexybot and the sexy-jutsu.com website (hereinafter jointly the "Service"), provided by the Administration.

1.2. By using the Service — including by launching the bot with the /start command, pressing the "I'm 18+, continue" button on the start screen, paying for the internal currency "imba", or receiving generation results — the User confirms that they have read the terms of these Terms and accept them in full.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Terms, the User must immediately cease using the Service.

1.4. The Service is intended exclusively for adults. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have reached the age of 18 and that viewing and ordering 18+ materials is permitted by the laws of their jurisdiction.

2. Nature of Services and Digital Goods

2.1. The Service provides digital goods and services of an intangible nature: the automatic generation of images and videos from a text description or a User's reference image by means of artificial intelligence systems (Stable Diffusion XL and compatible models).

2.2. The following types of generation are supported:

• Text → photo — an image from the User's text description (prompt) or from a ready-made kink template;
• Photo → photo (img2img) — transformation of an image uploaded by the User into a selected style (anime, hentai, realism, etc.);
• Video with sound (1080p, optionally 4K) — short clips from a text description or a photo reference.

2.3. The internal unit of account is "imba". Imba is a virtual unit for accounting for the volume of services and is not money, a security, or a means of payment outside the Service. Imba cannot be converted back into money.

2.4. The current rate and cost of imba are indicated in the bot at the time of payment.

2.5. The current rates for generations are indicated in the bot at the time of payment.

2.6. The Administration has the right to change the rates. Changes are published in the Service and have no retroactive effect on imba that has already been paid for.

2.7. A welcome bonus is credited once after acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy; the amount of the bonus is indicated in the bot. Bonus imba is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn in monetary form.

2.8. The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service's services lies in the systematization, processing of prompts, access to AI models, speed, convenience, and support, and not in the exclusivity of individual generation results.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:

• that the generated results will match the User's subjective expectations;
• the specific quality, resolution, duration, style, or anatomical correctness of an individual generation;
• exact preservation of the face, pose, or composition when working with a reference image — the transformation is performed by an AI model and is probabilistic in nature;
• the User's achievement of any commercial, artistic, or other results;
• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service.

3.3. The Administration is not liable for:

• any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits;
• the consequences of the User's use of generated materials;
• the actions or inaction of third parties (payment providers, AI providers, Telegram, Cloudflare);
• temporary technical failures, access restrictions, and the unavailability of individual functions;
• changes in the policies of AI providers that affect the capabilities of the Service.

3.4. The User makes all decisions about the use of generated materials and their publication independently and at their own risk.

4. Prohibited Use

4.1. The User is strictly prohibited from:

• creating, requesting, or uploading images of minors in any form, including stylized, cartoon, or drawn images, as well as depictions that describe features of minority in a text prompt;
• creating materials depicting real living people without their explicit consent, especially in an intimate or compromising context;
• creating materials depicting scenes of sexual or other violence, or non-human living creatures in a sexualized context;
• using the Service for purposes that contradict the laws of the User's jurisdiction;
• using the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties (including the fabrication of content on behalf of well-known persons);
• attempting to circumvent the technical or moderation restrictions of the Service, including through deceptive prompts;
• automating use of the Service (mass requests, scripts, botnets, scraping);
• granting access to their Telegram account to third parties for the purpose of using the Service on their behalf.

4.2. With respect to clause 4.1 (images of minors): upon the first confirmed violation, the User receives a warning. Upon a repeat violation, the account is blocked with no right of recovery and no refund. The Administration has the right to transfer information about the violation to law enforcement authorities.

4.3. For other violations of clause 4.1, the Administration has the right to suspend or terminate service to the User at its discretion.

4.4. Responsibility for the legality of the use of generated materials rests entirely with the User.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Prompts sent by the User to the Service are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Prompts may be used in a de-identified form to improve the quality of the Service.

5.2. Generated results are provided to the User with the right of personal non-commercial use. Commercial use is possible subject to compliance with the requirements and licenses of the AI provider and the models used during generation (Stable Diffusion XL, Illustrious-XL, WAI-illustrious-SDXL, etc.).

5.3. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or transferring to third parties the interface, texts, program code, design, and other materials of the Service without the written permission of the Administration.

5.4. The "Sexy Jutsu" trademark, the bot name @jutsu_sexybot, and the domain name sexy-jutsu.com belong to the Administration.

6. Access Restrictions

6.1. The Administration has the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of:

• violation of the terms of these Terms, including Section 4;
• the discovery of abuse (attempts to circumvent moderation, automated spam, exploitation of bugs);
• arising suspicions of a compromise of the User's Telegram account;
• requirements of the law;
• requirements of the payment provider or AI provider servicing the Service.

6.2. Access restriction does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier and does not give rise to grounds for a refund (except for the cases in clause 7.4).

6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create heightened risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.

7. Payments and Refunds

7.1. Payment for imba is made through the connected payment provider (Platega.io and/or Telegram Stars) on the terms specified in the Service at the time the payment is arranged. Card details are processed only by the provider; the Service neither receives nor stores them.

7.2. Imba is credited to the User's balance automatically after the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. The usual crediting time is up to 5 minutes.

7.3. Due to the intangible nature of the digital goods and services, and to the fact that the service is deemed rendered at the moment the generation result is delivered, a refund of funds after imba has been credited and/or a generation has been provided is not made, except for the cases specified in clause 7.4.

7.4. A refund is possible only if:

• the payment went through, but the imba was not actually credited to the balance due to a technical fault of the Service;
• the imba debited for a generation did not result in obtaining a result due to a technical fault of the Service (for example, an AI provider failure that did not lead to an automatic imba refund).

7.5. To have a refund considered, the User must contact the support service @jutsu_support within 24 hours of the payment or the failed generation, providing the transaction identifier and a description of the situation.

7.6. The decision on a refund is made by the Administration on an individual basis, taking into account the circumstances. The review period is up to 14 days.

7.7. The User confirms that they undertake not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the support service. Initiating a chargeback bypassing the support service is an independent ground for blocking the account.

7.8. In the event of a violation by the User of these Terms (especially Section 4), the funds paid are not refunded.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The collection, storage, and processing of the User's data are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data (TLS encryption, DDoS protection via Cloudflare, restriction of server access), but does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over public networks.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to these Terms unilaterally.

9.2. The current version of the Terms is published at sexy-jutsu.com/terms. The date of the version is indicated at the top of the document.

9.3. Continued use of the Service after a new version is published constitutes the User's agreement to the updated terms.

10. Contact Information

10.1. For all questions related to the operation of the Service, payments, refunds, and blocks, the User should contact the support service: @jutsu_support.

10.2. The support service response time is up to 72 hours in ordinary cases, and up to 7 days in complex cases requiring additional verification.
